Leading international B2B publisher seeks self-employed editor and freelance journalist for newest Asia Pacific food industry daily news site
Fancy taking charge of Asia’s emerging and most dynamic food industry daily news website? Well, read on…
We began in August 2011, are publishing three times a week, and now we are ready to take things to another level – daily publishing, deeper penetration of markets, more breaking news, more insights, more readers.
The goal? To be indispensable to key executives, from researchers to company chiefs, in the biggest food industry in the world – from China to Myanmar to India to New Zealand.
We seek a full time self-employed editor to take control of the site, work with our team of freelancers, write some stories and help the site on the way to rivalling the success of its established European and North American sister sites, FoodNavigator.com and FoodNavigator-USA.com.
We also seek a freelance journalist able to write some stories on a regular basis.
If one of these positions sound like a challenge you could get involved in, contact William Reed Business Media.
In both roles, we are after someone who has English as a first language, or speaks and writes as if it is. The ability to communicate in an Asian language would be an advantage. Hong Kong, Sydney, Singapore, Mumbai, Shanghai, or Beijing are potential posts but the location is not fixed.
Knowledge of the food business and trends, food ingredients, formulation, functional foods and supplements in the Asian market is useful but not mandatory. Being an accomplished editor and/or journalist, on the other hand, is.
To apply for one of these rewarding roles, please email your CV, a covering letter and three cracking content ideas on the food, beverage and supplement industries in Asia to the following email: Shane.STARLING@wrbm.com
