WORKSHOP MANAGER
( Cikarang - Bekasi )
Responsibilities:
Develop effective data acquisition systems to measure and analyze Section efficiency. Drive improvements by means of target setting in line with the company vision and strategy.
Develop and drive effective means to improve the Work Shop section ability to achieve Value Adding Processes without compromising quality or Customer Standards.
Constantly review and improve the section capability by instilling continual guidance, support and training in line with company plans and customer expectations.
Develop and control section project schedules to fall in line with master schedule.
Assist and recommend actions to resolve manpower capacity issues when sectional schedules exceed section capacity.
Continually instill leadership qualities and skills to all subordinates by “leading by example” and ensuring that members understand and practice the code of discipline.
Ensure that all members are continually reminded and assessed for their understanding of the company vision and strategy.
Develop and control sectional budget by means of reliable data based systems. Report periodically and indicate proposed improvements.
Control daily HR requirements for the section on issues of absenteeism, welfare inquiries and conduct.
Propose intentions for the further development of members and for succession planning within the section.
Requirements :
Male.
Max 40 years old.
Minimum Bachelor (S1) in Machine Engineer.
Have experience min 8 years in same position with good Managerial Skill.
Having good knowledge of the practical application of engineering technology, includes applying principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of software application such as Inventor, Pro-E, Unidraft, etc.
Good communication & presentation skill, teamwork, initiative and hardworking.
Self motivated and able to work under high pressure.
Accurate and Detail.
Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
Willing to work at factory at Cikarang.
