PROCESS ENGINEER
Job Purpose :
Analyze and understand the process
Optimization the process stability to guarantee a constantly good product quality
Further development and test of production machines and technologies
Process development
Plan and implement tests to increase the process reliability
Responsibilities & Duties :
Co-working together with the R&D, production and QA
Educate operators in process reliability
Measure process parameters and analyze by using statistical tools
Evaluation and publication of test results
Handle customer complaint (claim) issues including failure analyses
Project planning and controlling with regards to budget and time schedule
Optimization of production processes of all production lines (material and production flows)
Preparation of new processes with regards to new equipment and products
Organization and planning of maintenance and repair activities
Improvement and maintenance of process reliability of the different production lines
Preparation of decision making information to the Management
Development, implementation and maintenance of all equipment and process documents
Skills :
Technical minded / process engineering
Fluent oral and written English
Train the trainer capability
Hands-on mentality
Innovative
Ishikawa, Pareto
Computer skills in Microsoft Office , AutoCAD and MiniTrab
Qualification:
Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering, Material Shaping & Control, Welding Processing & Facilities
Min. 5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge about production processes
Knowledge about mechanical equipment and components
Strong ability to analyze and solve problems
