Responsibilities :
Manage distributor and sales team
Develop area as to as growth continuously and achive sales target
Evaluate distributor performance
Analyze market situation and find out new opportunity for company business
Requirements :
Male, max. 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably from consumer goods company
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Having excellent leadership and high self motivation
