Store & Purchase Senior Officer
Male / Female
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Warehouse & Purchase is required for this position.
Knowledge in Warehouse Operation & administration.
Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.
Good interpersonal relationship, computer literacy, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
Detail oriented, fast learner and able to take initiative, highly result-oriented.
Having negotiation skill, self motivated and proactive.
Willing to be placed at Cilegon area
Preferably from Petrochemical Industry
Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administration works
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
Prepare reports and summarize data including inventory report and book value
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time
Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned
Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products
Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers (local and overseas)
Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts
