- Minimal lulusan D3/S1 Teknik Otomotif/ Teknik Mesin / Teknik Elektro / Alat Berat
- Pengalaman di bidang alat berat min. 5 tahun.
- menguasai teknik pemeliharaan alat berat : Dozer, Forwarder, Skidder & Heavy Truck (Cal Met, Hitachi, dsb.)
- bersedia ditempatkan di Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau
